Peace be upon you. I live in the city of Tangier. I requested two copies of the birth certificate and two copies of the birth certificate. After a week of waiting, my request is still being processed!!!
Chaos, favoritism, and nepotism. Two hours just to get a signature approved.
Slow service for signature verification, lack of chairs for citizens to sit on, air conditioning not working despite being available during peak hours, you may wait for more than half an hour for simple services.
