Don’t send your clothes there, my cover came back with a strong smell that wouldn’t go away even after two days outside, and when I washed it myself, it was still very dirty, like they just sprayed cheap perfume without cleaning.

I expect they were washed dry, not with water. Some stains on the clothes haven't been removed since they were handed over.
