Absolutely avoid her; she's simply the developer's notary and always takes their side at the client's expense. Zero advice, zero support for the client. The contract clauses are written in such a way as to trap the client in case of a dispute, which is currently dragging us into court to recover our rights. I strongly advise against using her services.
