With the new responsibilities for processing AMO files, they are managing the large influx of service applicants, as best they can, especially with a young and dynamic team. These tasks must in no way be detrimental to the organization's other responsibilities.
Excellent service! It's one of the rare times I've visited a public institution and received such a warm welcome! I only had to submit my application in 5 minutes and was on my way. I really appreciated it!
