I wish to emphasize that the behavior displayed, particularly the young man chewing gum while speaking to a customer, without any respectful attitude or offering a bag of gum despite a purchase of 1500 dirhams, does not meet the expected standards of professionalism. This situation put me in an uncomfortable position, as I was forced to carry my purchases without proper packaging. I therefore request that you take this complaint seriously and ensure that this type of situation does not recur in the future.
