A wonderful place to spend a vacation with family or friends. The residence is well-maintained, secure, and offers direct access to the beach. The green spaces, pools, and facilities are pleasant. The atmosphere is calm and friendly, perfect for relaxing away from the stress of the city. I highly recommend it.

I strongly advise against this residence! There is no security as advertised. Although there are cameras, my car was vandalized in front of my house by a badly behaved child but the managers do nothing! A disgrace. Avoid if you are looking for peace of mind and well-behaved people.

Very clean residence Peace and quiet Very nice apartments with excellent finishes. I liked having two bathrooms. Helpful staff The project owner and his administrative assistant are kind and attentive. I highly recommend it.
