Against all odds, Chronopost Oujda proved exceptional, unlike their headquarters in Casablanca, which is sorely lacking in professionalism. The package arrived in Oujda today, and I received it just a few hours later. The delivery driver was not only punctual but also very friendly. Their service was impeccable. On the other hand, Chronopost Casablanca takes its sweet time. To give you an idea, once the package arrived in Morocco on June 24th, it was held up in customs for a month. The most frustrating thing is the complete lack of communication: no tracking, no information, no contact. The customer is completely ignored, without the slightest consideration. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and efficiency of the Chronopost Oujda team.
