The security guards are the icing on the cake: overly aggressive, they take their power too seriously, and they're openly rude to the residents who indirectly pay them through their rent. I've been insulted, threatened with having my car removed for being 5 cm too far off a line, and treated like dirt far too many times to count. Do yourself a favor: choose any other residence.

Quiet, clean residence (rental starting at the end of October 2024). Very pleasant little streets. Grocery store at the exit + 1 pharmacy... Guarded residence. Top-notch. (On the other hand, the pool is emptied due to the off-season, which is a shame.)

The residence is clean and well-managed by the property manager. Well-maintained swimming pool. The sea is 800m away. Definitely an ideal place to live or spend a wonderful vacation.
