They never answer the phone, this agency is rubbish. I'm going to cancel my contract. I haven't had a line for 15 days, the problem isn't fixed, it's impossible to reach them, and on top of that, I have to pay at the end of the month. It's crazy! You don't even deserve one star.
The place is clean and the staff are up to standard. Overall, it's a respectable place.
