Honestly the best vet in Jdida! He cares for animals with all his heart and is very easy going. Everyone working with him, Dr Omar, Dr Oumaima and future vet sweet girl Tasnim, they all show alot of love to the animals. Great staff, efficient service.

Our cat with possible intoxication/kidney issue was taken to this clinic. During the stay the vet was almost never present, other staff didn’t know what was happening. The cats condition deteriorated within days, no explanation, acquired further infection. Ended up taking j him to a different vet who advised the cat had been malnourished and dehydrated to dangerous level due to negligence. It appears no meaningful tests were done by this clinic, and they lied about it. Unfortunately the due to the mistreatment and starvation in this clinic our cat died (the maltreatment was so severe he didn’t recover after that). No meaningful explanation was provided by the vet in this clinic. It seems they have limited knowledge and equipment. It seems many other cats may have suffered same fate there. This vet offered to buy a new kitten, which was particularly sinister while our cat was dying.

Cold and callous, I've never seen a doctor of any kind behave the way he did towards me and my dog. My dog was misdiagnosed and neglected, ultimately DYING there. My heart is broken.
