A very bad experience with one of the waiters. We waited an hour and a half for our order, while several customers who arrived after us were already served. The waiter claimed there had been a mix-up with the order slips, without offering any apology. Furthermore, he made a mistake: we had ordered two pasta dishes with chicken and mushrooms (clearly noted in his notebook), but he brought us two pasticcio, then insisted it was our error. Even after acknowledging his mistake, he refused to admit it and left us to talk on our own. The shandy served was of very poor quality, probably prepared that morning and kept in the freezer. The atmosphere with the DJ was pleasant, but the waiter's behavior completely ruined our evening. When it came time to pay, he was unfriendly and unpleasant. An experience we do not wish to repeat.
