I had dealings with this company twice, and both times it was a disastrous experience. First, I ordered a marble countertop, but two different types of marble were delivered, with a clearly noticeable color difference. After much back and forth, the faulty countertop was finally replaced. However, the replacement process was anything but smooth: The sink had to be removed from the countertop, and the workers performing the task seemed like complete amateurs. Without the proper tools and expertise, they damaged part of the sink. Luckily, the sink itself remained undamaged. In addition, the kitchen cabinets, a stair step, and the tiles were damaged during the work. There were also problems with the billing. The deposit I had already paid was not correctly accounted for. After further arguments and discussions, I finally gave up to avoid more stress. Unfortunately, the shoddy workmanship didn't last long: After only three months, the sink came loose because it was only glued on. I complained, but as expected, this led to further problems. I was informed that the supposedly competent tradesmen were unavailable for the next two weeks. I resigned myself to this situation and refrained from pursuing the matter further. The quality of the company's work is disappointing and falls far short of expectations. Less qualified tradesmen could perform such work better. Furthermore, the managing director came across as arrogant, which negatively impacted the overall impression.
