It appears that Maroc Telecom in Oued Zem is experiencing difficulties in serving all its customers due to an insufficient number of agents. Zero service from the lady (elderly) who is at the reception desk. 1) Rude 2) Aggressive 3) Yelling at the customer 3) Not listening to the customer Don't even ask the customer what the problem is, she just wants to get rid of the customer. I went to the Maroc Telecom agency in Ouad Zem for a connection problem at my home. Disappointed, never again with Maroc Telecom, I'm canceling my contract immediately. 👎👎👎👎
