Very bad experience. I ordered Taza stone and paid for the entire order. Upon receipt, the dimensions delivered were not those agreed upon with the salesperson. Furthermore, the supplier had promised to send a stone protection product, which was part of the deal and the agreed price. But after we commented on the incorrect dimensions, he suddenly started referring to the product as a "gift" and refused to deliver it. Furthermore, he was disrespectful to my 82-year-old father, repeatedly saying "I'll send you the product today/tomorrow" before stopping responding altogether and blocking us. I experienced disrespectful behavior from this merchant, unprofessional and unfulfilled.
