Very Poor customer service (Very cheeky)
A trustworthy agency run by Hassan with consummate professionalism; he is incredibly kind. He provided us with a nearly new car at an excellent price. Unlike other agencies I've experienced, I had absolutely no problems returning the vehicle. The included insurance, roadside assistance, and unlimited mileage are real advantages. Hassan was very accommodating from start to finish. We needed a car for the same day, and he made it possible at a price that suited us. He came to our location to pick up the car, and we were also able to choose the drop-off location. Perfect!
This agency is best dealt with by any contractor or citizen ignorant of the applicable law. An agency that doesn't respect privacy requirements. Cars without brake or engine monitoring. An agency that is procrastinating and rigid in its business dealings despite the guarantees. Beware!!! ???? What's strange is that, even after the transaction is completed, they strive to keep the guarantee, which is essentially illegal. That means, don't give them a blank check or one with an amount in it, even in good faith, to pay the transaction dues. Personally, I'm stunned by what I experienced with them within 15 days. Thank God I'm familiar with the law and that I wasn't at the mercy of substandard people, from the owner to the user.
