We sent a package from Spain with this company on January 31st, and it arrived very late. During the delay, we tried calling several times to ask for information, but no one answered. We called all the available numbers and centers, and no one ever picked up. This is completely unprofessional. When the package finally arrived, it was in very poor condition, completely damaged, and the packaging lacked adequate protection. Furthermore, several items were missing, including chocolates and other products that were supposed to be inside. The experience was extremely disappointing from beginning to end: poor communication, an unjustified delay, and a lack of care in handling the shipment. Before thinking about growing as a company, they should learn how to treat customers and how to take responsibility for their service. We will not use this company again and we absolutely do not recommend them. 👎👎👎
