Hello, My experience with this dry cleaner was very negative. I strongly advise against using this dry cleaner. My clothes were severely damaged: persistent stains, wrinkled fabrics, and some garments were irreparably ruined (suits, traditional clothing, etc.). The worst part was the staff's attitude, which demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Not only did they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes, but they were arrogant and dismissive when I tried to discuss the problem. For such high prices, one expects a minimum level of quality and courtesy. So, my advice is: avoid this place if you care about your clothes and want decent service.
