During my recent visit, I observed a queue of over 25 people with only one open window, resulting in a wait of nearly two and a half hours to submit my application. This situation is difficult for patients and those with work commitments. I urge you to increase the number of windows, especially during peak hours.

They sent us to a doctor who's clueless...she does whatever she wants and doesn't tell you anything...because of her, I got fired from my job...if only she'd taught you, she'd reduced the number of days you have to go back to work.
