Customer service only means shipping only, no service for children.
Service that does not deserve zero stars.. The phone rings and then the rude employee puts it in a position. I advise everyone not to go to this agency in particular.. Silence.. meaning you are the one who is lying.. Ghost agency
The service was terrible, not even worth one star. The phone rang unanswered. They didn't activate my line even though I went to the agency.
