The brokers affiliated with SANLAM don't treat customers smoothly or value them, as if they are insignificant and their only concern is money. When I call emergency services, they don't answer at all. This led me to terminate my insurance contracts with this complicated intermediary and open a new contract with Wafa Ima Injad. It is the best insurance broker, and the best insurance services are those of Wafa Ima Injad Maroc, affiliated with Attijariwafa Bank. Some other companies and brokers have lost the trust of their clients. Although SANLAM does its best to satisfy its clients, the insurance brokers come along and destroy this trust, tarnishing the company's reputation and the agreed-upon prices according to the company's reference rates.
