I wish to share my negative experience today. I arrived at your branch at 6:45 PM, even though the posted closing time is 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, the branch was already closed. I tried to contact the number displayed at 6:51 PM. A woman answered in a rather disrespectful manner, simply saying, "See you tomorrow, I've already left." This lack of professionalism is regrettable. I understand that everyone has the right to end their day on time, but I find it unacceptable that the branch closes before the advertised time and that I receive such a response. This is Cash Plus in Tiznit, in the Youssouphia neighborhood. Answers the phone fairly quickly and handles packages delivered by Jumia. No problems for me.
