zero zero zero Since 2019, I have been a loyal customer of the Inwi agency in Tit Mellil. Every time I return to Morocco, I go directly to this agency, even though I live in Mohammedia, because I have always been warmly welcomed and provided professional and friendly service. The previous employee was always smiling, helpful, and competent, and he always found a solution to my requests. Unfortunately, today, I was very disappointed during my visit to renew my mobile line and internet plan. I was surprised to see that the team had changed. There were three new agents, but none of them were able to provide the level of service I previously received from a single employee. Their customer service was very unpleasant, and I was unable to renew my line. I left the agency shocked by this lack of professionalism and customer service. I really got the impression that they have no desire to retain existing customers or attract new ones. I am therefore making this complaint in the hope that the quality of service will be improved and that customer service will be taken more seriously, as this kind of behavior does not reflect the image of Inwi.

After canceling my idar subscription due to major debit issues, I was not reimbursed for the price of the router I returned (500 dh because of the non-binding contract), a "computer" bug in their system according to the agency's sales representative. Since then, I have made complaint after complaint without ever receiving any follow-up. In fact, as soon as you cancel, you no longer exist for them. A lousy service coupled with customer theft!
