I went to this place with a specific goal in my head. Buying a SIM card. Considering it's an agency, it is supposed to sell SIM cards and help customers with registration to not waste their time with going back and forth each time . What happened is the old man who's probably in charge of the agency lied to me in my face and said they don't sell sim cards , and not just that , he said that getting a forfait is even better, ....of course I trusted him and I took his advice but eventually I paid two months of this forfait without even use it because apparently it doesn't work in my region ! . (Which is very far and I've told him I live in a village , so he knows everything) Unlike the sim card which works perfectly here . ( I bought it later in the same agency lol but of course it was another agent who gave it to me ). The only reasonable person to deal with in this place is the girl in the front office. She doesn't lie and of course she doesn't hang up on people while they are consulting her . I am sure she knows how to do her job unlike the guy who works next to her . He definitely lacks so many qualities of a customer service agent, one of them is to not project his own judgments and personal psychological issues on the customer. And getting mad every time the customer asks a question or wants to make sure they don't get scammed again by the same agency lol ( I am not surprised because most agencies in Taroudant don't behave in a professional manner with their customers but it's time to change this .) Update ( 3d of November 2024): Okay , so I was promised the fofrait will be cancelled, hmm well , it wasn't and yeah the old man lied again. I think these people still think that lying and scamming is equal to intelligence. Take responsibility for your actions man and grow up. Mark my words , people like you won't survive in the world of business even for a sec . You can't keep clients by lying to them . Be responsible and give a good service before you expect your payment. And there is no good service without honesty . How silly. Dealing with kids here !!!
