A bit of paradise just a taxi ride away from the centre of Taroudant. Set in an amazing plant collection and arboretum, the degree of culinary sophistication was amazing. Perfect pacing, enticing menu, artful presentations. Tables set above the ground floor garden panorama.

We came here looking for a drink with a view and were overall disappointed. Yes, cocktails in Morocco are difficult to come by and the quality may not be compared to Western standards. However, when charging 140 Dirham for one drink, we would have expected more than what felt like was a glass of ice cubes with sugary water. We therefore felt a bit scammed, especially since the place prides itself to be somewhat “haute cuisine”. We were told that we could not have our drink on the terrace since that’s reserved for those having dinner and at this time we weren't sure whether we would stay for it or not. As we were the only guests at this moment, we were a bit disappointed of not being able to choose where to have our drink. Overall, the service was slow and a bit inattentive not what you would expect from such a place. We decided to leave after our drink and have dinner elsewhere.

We truly enjoyed our 2 night stay in late October. Luxurious garden setting with (we think) 18 extremely friendly cats and wandering peacock family. Great fresh drinks (alcoholic/juices). Tasteful and adventuresome foods offered some welcome diversion from strictly Moroccan fare. And there were those fantastic breakfasts.Our guided tour to one of the 700 year old fortified granaries was tailor made to our specific interests also included a visit to some charcoal burners. A very pleasant interlude.

Great place to enjoy the day or stay for a while. Extremely friendly, multilingual and accommodating staff members. Beautiful gardens to walk through and enjoy. Obviously the kitchen staff take pride in the appearance, taste and quality of the food and drinks, served with a smile. We look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful in every aspect! The coquelet was very dry but the wine was nice… overpriced? Yes! But we had fun. Thank you Ps: extremely friendly staff!
