Hello! I had a terrible experience with "abwab al bahr" Bouknadel! It's unbelievable! I bought a property in this project; after deciding to ask for an explanation for the delivery delay, I was met with an absolutely appalling salesperson who told me the delay wasn't due to the land titles but to a lack of occupancy permits! And that "I should just check with the land registry! And if I wasn't happy, I could request a refund immediately!" All this in a condescending tone. Unbelievable! Given his attitude, I did indeed request a refund, and while the salesperson was preparing the documents, seeing that I wasn't withdrawing, he became insolent and vulgar towards me, calling me every name under the sun, and this in front of my wife and in-laws! To which I finally responded after the umpteenth attempt at intimidation! This led to our being held against our will on the premises by the salesman, the site manager, and the security guards! Following this, I called the police, who intervened, and we all ended up at the Royal Gendarmerie station! It's unbelievable that as a customer seeking information about the delivery of a property that was significantly delayed (which is unacceptable in itself!), we were insulted, held against our will, and taken to the gendarmerie station!
