My experience with this notary has been more than disappointing. My file remained pending for months without any valid or clear explanation from him regarding these delays. Although I paid all the fees months ago, my file hasn't progressed an inch, and all my follow-ups for clarification have received very few responses. Communicating with his staff in charge of the file is extremely difficult. I understand that administrative issues aren't always predictable, but what I find most troubling is the almost complete lack of follow-up, the lack of communication and transparency, the missed deadlines, and the broken promises. As long as things are going his way, he's a smiling and courteous person, but as soon as difficulties arise and he's confronted with his shortcomings, this vanishes, replaced by a total lack of commitment or accountability, and a profound lack of consideration and empathy for the client's situation.
