Horrible service. I bought a car that has many problems. I contacted them by email and was told to take it to the nearest Dacia dealership to fix the issues. I brought the car there twice, but they didn’t even address the problems and returned it to me in the same condition.

The saleswoman who eventually came to help us, was very pleasant and accommodating. The showroom is clean and spacious, with displays easily accessible. For the life of me, I cannot understand why, employees of companies here cannot or will not volunteer to help customers, without being asked.
