We travel to the store for simple requests that could be handled online, and in the end, we receive a very poor reception. It's regrettable to see such a lack of consideration for customers.
The worst telecom service ever! Staff are absent most of the time and their treatment of customers is appalling! They make you feel like a beggar asking for charity! Absolutely terrible service
