I bought an eSIM from the MarocTelecom website, installed it, and it appeared active in the app, but it wouldn't connect to the internet. In Fez, I went to a MarocTelecom store, and two people couldn't fix it in 20 minutes. The young woman who helped me at this MarocTelecom store fixed it in "1 minute"—she was lovely; employees like her deserve to be treated with respect.
