On the road to Marrakech, my husband and I stopped at L’Oasis restaurant for lunch. Everything was delicious, but the bread… absolutely divine! A perfect texture, an authentic taste reminiscent of good homemade bread. It's impossible not to mention it! A huge thank you to the woman who made it; it's a true art. Every bite was pure bliss!

This is the second time we've stopped here. Slowness seems to be their defining characteristic, both in the kitchen and the service. It's as expensive, if not more so, than a motorway service station. It took 10 minutes for the waiter to arrive. We ordered a flat sandwich and a tagine for two, with kefta and eggs. So, not exactly rocket science when the place is empty. After 10-15 minutes, I got up to get our drinks. I turned around; they were idling behind the counter. We had to call again, and it took another 10 minutes for the drinks to arrive. In total, we waited 30 minutes to be served. I asked for mayonnaise, and he brought me one packet—basically, stingy, as if it wouldn't be more convenient to bring at least two. In short, the waiter couldn't care less about the customer. He noticed my annoyance and came back, gesturing wildly, almost aggressively. Still, the prices are quite high for a snack... Not cool, the service and attitude were terrible. Lax, nonchalant, aggressive.
