I do not recommend this company at all. The bus was in disgusting condition the seats were extremely dirty, to the point where I wasn’t sure if I was on a passenger bus or in a chicken coop. The lack of hygiene is completely unacceptable, especially for long-distance travel. On top of that, there was a huge delay with no clear explanation or apology. The staff showed no professionalism or concern for the passengers. This was a total waste of time and money. I’m extremely disappointed and strongly advise others to choose a different company.

Terrible bus company! Took the 6 o'clock from shefchaouen to meknes. Bus was late by about 20 minutes and we arrived about an hour later than we were supposed to. After we loaded our bags by ourselves to the busses baggage compartment we were charged 10 Durham for "bags". Very unreliable and unfriendly experience compared to ctm.
