Café in | Route OUJDA ( en face de Carrefour, Berkane, Marruecos

The worst service I have ever encountered. Service people should be super friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately this wasn't the case with this café. For a small town such as Berkane, businesses should handpick people who are going to serve customers.

Review update: The place went south with misogynistic comments, went to watch the final of AFCON since this is “a family respectful space”, the managers made sure we know the place does not welcome women but they have to because they can’t kick us out. I automatically left, can’t stay after such comment Old review: This café has great coffee and delicious food—definitely a lovely spot if you're looking to enjoy a meal or a treat with family or friends. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming for social visits. However, it's worth noting that they've recently removed the power plugs, which makes it less suitable for anyone hoping to get some work done or stay for a while with a laptop. It’s no longer the work-friendly space it used to be. I’d recommend it more for casual outings rather than as a quiet place to focus or be productive

The food was cold, this was our 1st time and last in this restaurant . The service was very poor and I will tell everyone never to come here for food

Absolute rubbish don’t ever go and eat there they don’t even deserve my time for this review we was a birthday celebration for 30 people where ripped off the food was crap and stone cold I can’t even manage to find the words to explain how disgusting this experience was Don’t ever go there

Bad service and overpriced menu. It used to be one of my favorite cafés in the city, but last time I went there I had a really bad experience. Food came late and was cold. Also, recently a customer ordered a teapot and she asked for an additional glass, but the waiter refused to give it to her, which is hilarious O.O!! She even asked the gérant for it, but he didn't care! Please look again at your services or change the staff, because your café is one of the best in the city, and it's sad to see it losing its reputation.
