My experience with this jewelry store was anything but satisfactory. Before making my purchase, I was treated with excessive courtesy and royal treatment. However, as soon as I finalized my purchase, their attitude took an unexpected turn. The staff's behavior shifted from extreme kindness to an almost intrusive level of zeal. On top of that, the salesperson proved to be incredibly arrogant. His haughty and condescending attitude clearly demonstrated that his interest lay solely in making a sale and not in the customer experience. Fortunately, there are other jewelry stores in the area that consistently value their customers, both before and after a purchase. I strongly recommend considering other options, as this store does not appear to adhere to respectful and caring business practices. My advice is to seek out a jewelry store that offers genuine and courteous customer service, without the airs of grandeur and arrogance I encountered here.
