The website states closing time is 9:00 PM, but I arrived at 7:59 PM and was surprised when the saleswoman told me she was closing right away. I'd come all that way for nothing. However, I must admit their after-sales service is decent. It's also worth noting that some items on the website are not available in the store.
The saleswomen are nice and very friendly, the only problem is the opening hours; you arrive at 11am and wait until 11:30am or 12pm and find it still closed, especially in the mornings.
