I had the same experience as the other comment. This person will only make you lose your time. He clearly don't know how to manage a business and is absolutely not reliable. 1 star is too much... It should be 0

Very poor service. We’ve been trying for two days to rent a scooter, but the arrangements keep changing and our messages are being ignored. At first we agreed on 12:00, then it was moved to 13:00, later they said it would only be possible at 16:00, and in the end they offered only the evening or the next day. No clarity, no reliability. We were very disappointed and do not recommend this place at all.

I can only agree with the other reviews. I had already arranged a time and place for the scooter handover, and then an hour beforehand I was told that no scooter was available. A waste of time.
