I visited this restaurant with some expectations, but after reading both my experience and the responses given by management to other disappointed customers, I need to share some honest feedback. The issue is not just about food being cold, salty, or average — mistakes can happen anywhere. The real problem is the management’s attitude. Instead of showing concern and learning from feedback, they put the responsibility on customers, suggesting that guests should alert the servers if something is wrong. That’s not how hospitality works. It is the responsibility of the management and service team to check on tables, ask if everything is satisfactory, and ensure diners are enjoying their meal. That’s how issues are discovered and resolved in real time. Blaming customers only shows defensiveness and a lack of willingness to improve. Restaurants succeed when management listens, adapts, and invests in both food quality and service training. This place has potential, but it is being wasted by a management style that argues rather than learns. A fresh attitude, a consultant’s guidance, or even a change in management could make all the difference. Until then, mediocrity defended with excuses will only push this restaurant further down.
The DJ tonight was a huge letdown. The transitions were sloppy, the music felt all over the place, and it completely killed the vibe. Definitely not what you’d expect for a Sunday night crowd.
