Be prepared to be scammed! At the agency it’s all smiles and good stories until you pay. On the day of the trip we had to wait for the driver over 20 minutes, I then messaged the agent with no response. They finally arrived, and we proceeded with the trip. We stopped three times, first at a camel tour where I assume they charge you to take photos and ride the camels, on the side of the road. The animals looked sad and tired and they had no more than a metre of rope to move around. Very heartbreaking. Then we stopped at a shop that sells cosmetic and food extracted from argan, which was ok, the guy in this shop was very charismatic and polite. Last stop was at a Berger village, nothing really to see there. The trip to the waterfall continued, once there the hike was no more than 20 minutes and if we wanted to go higher we had to pay $2 euros, guide told more about his own life than guiding us. Be prepared to pay more or even better, ask for all hidden prices within the tour, they always come up with something else to charge you for. In my opinion, the mountains are beautiful but the people destroyed the magic of the place with all their rubbish. Everywhere you look there is a bottle of Coca Cola or a pack of chips.

We booked a daytrip to Ourika, our driver was Abdelgalil. He's amazing! He's very enthousiastic to show tourists his country, he told us a lot about Morocco, the people, history, culture, nature and answered all questions. We made some additional stops where we learned even more about Morocco. We had a great day! Many thanks Abdelgalil!

Scammers! Firstly I went to the other agency but they bringed me there. I have booked Zagora 2 days trip- start in Wendesday, back to Marrakech jest day. I had problems for the beggining- woman in agency told me that we will depart from Marrakech in 7 AM. Driver of course was late, and after a lot of problems we started our trip at 8.30! AM. Our route was also difficult, we had too many stops which what resulted in being up very late. Also restaurant when we had stopped in were very expensive- single lunch costed about 130MAD, when same lunch in Marrakech, cost about 50DH. Now Zagora.... It's not real desert, just few fake sand dunes and rest is just dirt with rocks. Local berbers were really pushy for money, asked for a tip many Times, they were tryed to literally force you to give then money, altough their service was not good. Now the best part- going back to Marrakech. Our driver Ayoub was really incompentent person, his english was tragic, often we cannot understood him, also he can't undersood us, same with French. But backing to thread, next day we departed of camp(also late, around 9 am) we had driven to ourzazate. City tour was unnecessary, there were really cold and rainy, but we were forced to walk between destroyed buildings. And again expensive lunch and go for Marrakech. But no, the only road to Marrakech got closed because of snow storm, maybe we could pass if we will depart earlier... And best thing is, that agency knowed about snow storms for a week but still sold us tickets ( I called my embassy and them called to agency then told me that they knowed) All what our driver did is this repeating that we will back to Marrakech maybe tommorow, and same for next 2 days. In cause of that we were forced to sleep somewhere, then our excellent driver bringed us to affiliated with the agency hotel which costed 31€ per person!!! Of course we had to cover all expenses for food and hotels, not agency. We lost our flights, and new one costed us about 400€. And last thing, the day we back to Marrakech. Our driver proposed to go to Marrakech but through Agadir cause main road was still closed and "maybe tommorow they open" we decided to agree but what!? We need to pay for driver fuel!!!!! Absolutely disgusting. Do not go to this agency, im giving 2 stars only because they refunded me 60€(basic trip cost) after my visit in agency

We booked a 3 day tour from Marakech to the Sahara and then up to Fes for a very affordable price. The nice man we booked with was very thorough and sat with us for a long time to answer all questions sincerely. We had a good feeling about him and the 2 other guys working there, super friendly and seemed genuine. We were ready for anything as far as conditions of hotels, meals, etc and not expecting much because we got such a good price. We were so pleasantly surprised at every turn. Our bus was nice, comfortable, we loved our driver Medi, the hitel was lovely and clean, the camp in the desert was wonderful and fun, everything was as promised. Of course there were a few snags along the way as to be expected travelling but nothing to complain about for the price. In the end we were truly amazed at the experience we got for three days full of adventure and amazing scenery. We got to spend time with the berber people who are beautiful and talented and peaceful. Riding a camel under the stars in the Sahara was one of the best times of my life. Highly recommend this tour. Very grateful to have found it.

Beware! A Travel Agency Partnering with Scammers I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with them and I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to stay away from this dubious establishment. This travel agency appears to have no qualms about partnering up with scammers, putting their customers' hard-earned money and trust at risk. Firstly, their customer service was abysmal from the very beginning. When I reached out to inquire about their services, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Little did I know that this was just a glimpse of the ordeal I was about to face. Upon booking my trip through them, I discovered that the travel agency had partnered with scammers operating under their name. The lack of accountability demonstrated by them was truly appalling. Despite several attempts to contact their customer support, I received no response or assistance in resolving the issue. It was evident that they were fully aware of the scamming activities associated with their brand, yet they failed to take any corrective measures to protect their customers. It is deeply troubling that a travel agency, whose primary responsibility should be ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for its clients, would knowingly collaborate with scammers. This not only reflects their complete disregard for their customers' well-being but also raises serious questions about their integrity and ethical standards. Furthermore, the mismanagement of personal data and the negligence in protecting customer information are unforgivable offenses in today's digital age. Esprit has clearly demonstrated a lack of security protocols and fails to prioritize the privacy and safety of their clients. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company at all costs. Their partnership with scammers, the abysmal customer service, and the complete disregard for customer security make this agency highly unreliable and untrustworthy. Don't let their flashy advertisements fool you; you'll only end up regretting your decision.
