There will always be challenges, especially with new developments, and problems or issues can arise. However, as long as the developer takes action and does what needs to be done, that is what matters—not ignoring the issues. As a foreign client who owns several properties, I can say that the team, particularly in the sales department, has always been very attentive, polite, and respectful. I have also met the owner, who is a very nice and genuine person. I’ve had a few minor problems, but they have always been addressed. This is common with every development, whether in Africa or Europe. Overall, I am very happy with them, and I would like to thank the team in the sales department. Jan

Update after 1 month: As of today (Dec 25), the after-sales service has finally addressed most of my concerns and carried out the necessary work during my 3-week stay (including replacing all my scratched parquet flooring). There are still a few things left, but that will be for my next trip. Indeed, depending on the subcontractors, the technicians/workers aren't available at our convenience. But overall, I am extremely satisfied with their service. Thank you Oussama and Youssef 👍 and their team. Until the next episode 😂 A word of advice: plan a stay of at least one month if you want to resolve all your issues in a single trip, as you'll be dealing with several different trades! ——————— I finally received the keys to my apartment in the Jnane Ali Gueliz Phase 1 project. It was advertised as a high-end project, but in reality, it's nothing of the sort. The finishing touches are simply not done. They send us these incompetent kids to cover up their shortcomings. It's shameful to take advantage of them like this when, at 14,000 dirhams per square meter, they could hire professionals to do the finishing work. It's a disgrace! Only the exterior is high-end, clearly designed to boost sales and attract potential clients. And don't even get me started on the kitchen cabinets, which are damaged due to a water leak and some shoddy workmanship!
