This company is no longer up to standard in terms of quality or service. I received the accident compensation (forfei) after three days, even though it wasn't a holiday or a Saturday and Sunday. Unlike another company that processes within an hour. Plus, some of its customers are rude over the phone.

I've been waiting four months for my health insurance contracts to be issued… they were supposed to be ready two months ago, but nothing has happened. Every time we go in for a consultation, they say "this week" or "sorry, your account manager is on sick leave"—the same excuses for the past four months! If all this delay is just to open an account and accept our money, I can't imagine what the procedure will be like if we try to claim reimbursement for medical expenses.
