Terrible service, not recommended at all. We're still waiting for a package that was supposed to arrive more than a week and a half ago. First, they told us the man was in Huelva, then in Marseille, and supposedly he was going to stop in San Sebastián, Burgos, and then Madrid. Don't send anything with them. It's better to fly down quickly and pick it up yourself. If it was food, it would have already rotted.

Horrible service, I've never had such a terrible experience. My mother sent us two packages with this agency, which were unfortunately opened (the first package was full of clothes) and the contents were put in another box with dirty shoes, plus I found a sock that wasn't mine. The second package (full of food) was sent to someone I don't know who lives too far away. Finally, after about a month, they sent the package, and I found it open too, with items missing. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. The Meknes agency has no communication with agencies abroad, which meant I had to deal with two different agencies. One told me to contact Euro Fes, and the other said they had sent everything. And to top it all off, during the last call with my mother, Euro Fes yelled at her, saying "7eme9tina" (a Wolof expression meaning "you're the one at fault"), even though they were the ones at fault, and hung up the phone. I'll say it again: I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
