A very bad experience with this office. We have had a car insurance contract with them for many years, but the service is disastrous. When I enter the office and greet them, no one answers, and the employees behave in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Five days ago, I was involved in a car accident and wanted to inquire about the necessary procedures. I called them repeatedly for six hours without a response. When an employee answered, she spoke angrily and rudely, hung up on me, and even verbally abused me. This behavior is completely unprofessional, and I will file a formal complaint. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with this office.
