Customer service is one of the worst, one of your employees had no respect for me. His attitude was very descending saying that i have no right to touch the products shown in your walls while other customers were touching the products, this shows a lack of training and professionalism. We are old clients of your company that have been working with you for years.

Avoid this company at all costs. Their sales service is nonexistent, communication is nonexistent, especially if you pay in advance. It's a complete disaster. I regretted my purchase from them, and on top of that, I had to pay for other people to do the installation because, despite receiving payment, they didn't honor their promises.
