I've never seen such a terrible notary service. The agreed-upon service was not provided. You constantly have to repeat yourself to new staff. They only do what they're told! Avoid at all costs!
I strongly advise against this notary; if you can avoid him, do so. Service is nonexistent, staff are overwhelmed, the notary is never available, and you have to chase after him to get your own money back.
