Absolutely amazing experience! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The team was incredibly punctual — they arrived exactly on time and were fully prepared for us. They were very attentive and made sure all our needs were met without any problem. Communication was super easy — they could speak several languages, which made everything smooth and comfortable. The car was spotless, in perfect condition, and drove like new. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming. Perfect service and more! These are the most reliable and honest people we've met. When we returned the car, they offered to give us a ride back to the hotel we had booked for our last night. There was a mix up and the hotel was closed, and the driver went out of his way to make sure we had a place to sleep. He drove with us for hours (on a Sunday, with two kids) and called everyone he knew for a good hotel (it was around new year so they most hotels were full). Thank you so much for the great service! If you're looking to rent a car, this is definitly the place to be! Also very good car.

I would highly recommend this agency for car rentals. Fantastic service from Faisal and his team at very fair prices. I cannot thanks Faisal enough for his service and trustworthiness. Unfortunately, a scooter left a few marks on my car’s bumper and ran off, after crashing into me. After explaining the situation to Faisal he didn’t even ask for a penny for the damage. Sorry again for the damage caused, I have been careful with the car throughout my stay and this was unfortunate.
